Shipping and Policies
Shipping Information
We will ship a product as soon as an order is placed. If you've provided a full address that includes your street #, city, province, and postal code, your shipment should arrive to its destination between two and eight business days depending on the location of the recipient. For example, shipments to Alberta usually take one to three business days. Shipments to Winnipeg and Toronto usually take three to five business days.
At Computer Outlet we do not profit on shipping. We offer the rates that we receive and pass the savings directly to you. Shipping rates will vary from company to company and will depend on the type of service used (ground, express, air etc.), destination, and weight. During your sales process the customer service representative will present the amount of shipping if any. For more detailed information, please call 1-877-987-8880 or e-mail: info@computeroutlet.ca.

Warranty Statement
Unless otherwise negotiated and specified in writing, all Computer Outlet laptops or notebooks come with a 90-day warranty. All other computer equipment (monitors, desktops, accessories etc) come with a 30-day warranty. At our discretion, during the warranty period we will fix or replace any equipment found to be defective or we will issue an in-store credit. Warranty is limited to the hardware only. We do not provide assistance with setting up Internet accounts, other software installs or the installation of the operating system. The warranty does not cover damage to the equipment or operating system as a result of misuse or other end user installed software. Batteries are considered to be a consumable item and therefore are not covered under the warranty.
